Minneapolis Area Boat Inspection

I have a lead on a potential boat just northwest side of Minneapolis (20 min from downtown). I'd love to make it up there myself, but a quick, cursory look-see by a local would sure help.

Also, I could use a good contact referral for a mechanic to inspect the engine & drivetrain.
