Because World Book is the end-all resource, right? I specialize in surface water and can tell you that my numbers are accurate. World Book or whatever source you're trying to use is probably not taking into consideraton rivers or bodies of water of a certain size or lakes that are shared with other states..

your welcome. My intial comment was OK sucked and somebody decided to jump on the band wagon about it. I lived there it sucked. Big deal but everybody wants to cry about it just like this stupid DUI law which isnt going to affect anybody thats doing the right thing. Say NY sucks, who cares, you wouldnt see me getting in a fit and commenting on it. Then people say well OK has the most boats and lakes, and thats far from it.
