Any one who swims in the ocean on a regular basis.......has been within 100 feet of a shark.

I cought 6 Bull sharks about 5 to 7 feet and what looked like a Tiger shark about 4 feet about 100 yards off the beach in Destin about 7 years ago.

I thought a super sized megalodon was spotted based on the title!

And yes, GW's are spotted off the shores of NJ, LI, RI, and MA frequently... especially around MV, Nantucket, and Montauk.

We're usually only over there for a couple of hours at a time. My parents live directly across the bay in Sunrise Beach, so it's not as if it's a long ride over.

I'll keep an eye out for you when I'm over there, which will probably be Sunday if it's nice out.
I'm right across from Tices as well on Laurel Blvd. About 2-3 lagoons over from Sunrise.
