ebay!
With everything else we were doing to the boat i was going to push off electronics until next year. Luckly my buddy decided to take on that side of things and found everything we needed to replace the stuff on my boat CHEEEAAAPPPP on ebay. Now granted we didnt buy hi quality stuff, our goal was cheap and it needed to last a season maybe 2 to decide what was really needed in the long run.
If you want i can send you links just shoot me a pm or somethin.

I don't think your running a 24 volt system they are in parallel and it's a 12 volt system with two (2) batteries. I'd check on Ebay or search a couple of the forum and there are some nice systems that are relativily inexpensive.
