24 pitch 4 blade stainless

Just bought a 2001 29 Scarab 496 HO. X drive
Does this prop sound right I am getting about 4700 RPM on Lake Havasu?

I had a 02 with the HO, it cam with a 3 blade Mirage 23'. But it would only do about 58 MPH in Havasu.
I tried a 24 3 blader and it would not even plane.
