What's going on with the featured ads in the classifieds?

When I placed my listing I paid the extra $$ so my boat would be "featured" and show up at the top of the first page. Recently the little F that showed up next to the featured boats has been dropped and the boats are listed randomly, mine has been moved to the second page. What gives?
