Default TRS Gimbal leaks.

I am trying to figure out all the sources for a trs gimbal that trickles water in through the transom. Could some one more familiar please list all the suspected parts.
i.e. transom gasket, transom plate, bellows, transmission gasket etc.

Have you put eyes on it yet?
Not a TRS, but my Bravo transom leaked through a corroded hole behind the upper sticker, through the swivel shaft opening. Took a while to find as it would only leak during launch/retrieval at the ramp. Put the JR Marine cover plate on and no leak after.

Bellows is probably the most common. Does it leak the same with the drive down as it does with the drive up (or left to right for that matter)?

Just had the bellows replaced in the winter on both sides, of course there is always room for error.

I am starting to suspect the 4 way hydraulic trim adapter on the bottom of the gimbal, if that was loose, would it leak into the bilge through the transom?

Drive up or down, it leaks the same, leak seems to be seeping through from the lower part of the transom assembly,

Thats the part I suspect to be letting the water in?

Is this a leak that is there only under way, sitting????

They can also leak at the tip swivel pin, did the leak start after you had the bellows replaced?

Yes if that manifold was loose it could leak up into the transom. Basically all those areas will seeem to leak out of the same spot.

How about the the rubber grommet for the gear lube tube. the tube goes thru the transom and goes thru the grommet, the hose from the resevoir (sp)?to the bell housing. i've seen them dry up and shrink.

It leaks when sitting, I am going to tighten and reseal the manifold, and check that.
