Ebay Fees

I looked on Ebay for fees and all I saw was a $125 fee for a boat sold over $2000. I thought there was a percentage they take off the top too? I can't find it anywhere, any help?

I believe with cars and boats it is a flat fee.

no percentage on autos and boats, it is a fixed fee.
