bottom cleaning
 

What cleaning maintance do you do to the bottom of your boat? I use my boat in freshwater and trailer. Do you wax , use leverage or just wash and dry?

I wash the bottom when I wash the boat, but only usually wax twice a year (when I wax the rest of the boat).

twice a YEAR?! oh lord.. doesnt sound healthy. what kind of boat do you own?

Fountain of youth, Power 1. Peels a weekend of Buckeye Lake scum off with zero scrubbing. :coolcowboy: It will make the hull bright white. I wax it with their vitreo a few times a year also.

Or just keep it in storage and then you don't have to worry about it HAHA:evilb:

Wash with soap after every use and twice a year use ON/OFF. Just as white as the day I bought it! :coolcowboy:

How does that not sound healthy???? It gets wiped down and spray wax througout the year, but full wax twice a year! :rolleyes:

lol touche! spray wax wouldnt be helping u much if u didnt

"hull cleaner" from walmart, gets the stains off with ease..it does work! couldn't believe it, wipe on and let sit for two min and spray off, if you missed any spots you will see them stick out.
