500efi gallons per hour ?
4700 lb 27 ft Kryptonite w a 500efi, bravo 1.50, spinning just under 5000 rpms...how many gallons per hour would you GUESSTIMATE she burns...also how accurate are flo-scans ?

rule of thumb is 50 for 500hp....60 for 600 and so on. Not 100% accurate but somewhere in there

in races we averaged 1.25-1.5 miles per gallon if that helps |
For EFI engines, divide the engine HP by 11.5.
Carbed engines, divide the engine HP by 10.5. Those should be very close for WOT fuel consumption. |
