My settings are right, I guess the boards clock needs tweaked.

The time is on GMT , greenwich mean time,(which is eastern time +4)

some how I don't think this is right. if its eastern + 4, then at 14:15 eastern, GMT is 18:15, central time is GMT -6 hours, right now its 13:15. i think you are off an hour and my clock is off 5 hours as well.
