Looking for 25-29 single
 

I have buddy that just built a 502 and instead of putting it in his current boat he is looking to find a 25-29 single engine boat that is a good hull and good interior only needing a motor and drive. He currently has a 22' with a cabin but the hull just isn't designed for any speed. He's not looking for a trashed boat that needs to be completely redone just a boat that needs a repower or a repower and drive. Let me know what you guys might have. He is looking to not spend more $12,000.

I got a 1994 Infinity 26' Great hull. The problem is that there is no problem. 454 Merc mag, bravo 1 drive, but it's running good. Interior is good, with some vinyl repairs to do on the seats. Cuddy great. But.. it's 9K and he might just want to sell or do something with the 454. ?

My bud has a 28 velocity he will let go for 12 k no trailer ,eng or drive. runs 74 with a stock 502 with a 27 hydro. If you want the alum. trailer it has brand new disk brakes rims and tires for and extra 3k if you want to go fast in a big boat this is it.

First is prior to repaint. The Marroon color started to fade a bit, so It's all white, ready for graphics.

Paradox any interior shots and how fast is the boat with the 454 mag? To clarify a little, my buddy sleeps on the his boat almost every other weekend for 1 -2 nights. He currently has a 22 cabin boat but he is looking for a little larger cabin and a better performing hull as he has Cobalt 223. He has fresh built 502 and a bravo drive that he can put in the boat. $12,000 is kinda the max. he wants to spend on boat needing a motor and drive. He liked the Velocity referenced earlier but its 26' not the 28' as listed and the book price for the complete boat with motor what is being asked for just the hull. Not that he has knocked it off the list as the Velocity is a fast hull.

The boat did 69.3 at the Mississippi kilo run with the 454. I'm sure it will do better with the 502 It has a pretty nice cabin and we slept in it with kids several times. I would put in the 502 keep the bravo 1 as is and just sell the 454 that's in it now. Hack it's only 9K for the whole thig. :)
