Awesome story Rich!
I remember the K&K guys from when they raced in Pt. Pleasant back in the 80's.
I towed them in one year as they were desperately holding onto one of their outboards as the backet broke and was hanging on by a thread.
They were a great group of people :-)

Very well done. Havinng lived through that era of racing, it brought back many memories of the great people who were involved in the sport back then. Great story Rich.

Beyond the tribute itself, I thought Rich made an excellent point. Real racers and good competition are the backbone of racing success. Without them, no form of racing can succeed.
