I just finished an engine build on my 26' Sonic Prowler with a 502 HO. Im bangin out 600 plus hp and 600 plus torq. This thing is bad ass now! I gotta give thanks to everyone on the forum that referred me to Bob Madara at Marine Kinetics. He was extremely knowledgable. Almost too knowledgable because every convo I had with him cost me more money becuase I needed to ugrade a lot of stuff TO DO IT RIGHT! That was what was most important to me. Doing it right the first time to minimize the possibility of any kind of failure. Bob answered my calls, returned messages and emails. He was very helpful throughout the process. I couldnt be happier with my end product and the wealth of knowledge aquired from him. I feel very confident from the comments Ive gotten from big time racing(car and marine) guys that I have a reliable setup with top notch parts. My testing on the water the other day supports everything I have been told.

Secondly I want to give a shout out to Brian Roche at Brian Roche Racing Engines in Dundalk MD. He assembled everything that Bob put together for me. Cleaned up and freshend the short block and got everything back to me really quickly. Top notch professional job! I had a brand new spotless motor when I got it back. He was also very responsive to texts and phone calls and his pricing was very reasonable and attention to detail was second to none.

This is the first time doing a build like this and probably my last unless I have more money than brains in the future. I spent more than I wanted to but Im a big believer in doing things right the first time. I was going in kind of blind and these guys steered me right and Im very happy with the end result.
