Thunderstorm on Sunday July 3rd. Winds picked up and had a 3-4ft wind chop. I was told by the guy that took the owner back in. That he was trying to pull another boat off the beach he got sideways against the chop and on the beach and it was all over. 2000ish Baja 38 with twin 502's. Just pull it out and run some diesel through the engines. Be as good as new!

The problem is that sand will get into the motors with the water when they're sitting this close to the beach in rough water. A friend of mine just went through this when his boat got swamped on the beach in a wind storm, the sand was in everything.

yep(sorta lol), my scarab went down at my dock once. Had it up and running the following weekend. Flipped a couple race boats and had them racing the next day
