Saturday July 16th - Shore Dreams or Kids Annual Event - Attn: Volunteers
To everyone who has agreed to volunteer for this year's annual event,
Given the fact that this is a very long day, we have decided to split up the starting times for Land volunteers. Morning set up will begin at 8am. For those that would like to come early and can't stay for the entire day, this may work well for you. Our 2nd shift will begin at 1pm. No doubt there is a lot to break down after the event, which is why we would like to have as many people as possible during the 2nd shift. As a special THANK YOU to all of our volunteers (LAND & WATER), there will be an After Party, right after break down, right there on the ball field. We will have a hot buffet, catered by Top Tomato and “adult beverages” from Brick Town Liquors. This is just our way of saying THANK YOU, one and all!!!
The weather forecast is looking GREAT!!! And it looks like this year may be our biggest year to date. More than likely we will hit over 1000 participants! So all the help we can get would be most appreciated!!
