Sonicdude, I have the only 358 on the lake.
the boats name is Attitude Adjuster. I'll be out on lake most of the weekend. By the way I notice that the winni board deleted us out of the post about racing on the lake.(no sense of humor)
If you want to reach me this weekend try my cell #508-839-0598

Here I am , The 21st it is, I know its a bad weekend to get rooms but it sounds like most of the guys interested either live locally of can drive up for the day. SeaDated I can meet you at the ramps at Ames Farms at 9:00 AM or any time and we can all hook up somewhere. SonicDude and Winni are local to the area so they may have the best ideas of were we could all meet and hang out. I will call the state park if we want to go there and we get a definate number on who is coming. When I get a chance later tonight I will sent personal e-mails to everyone that posted or showed an interest in our get together, there was around 17 people. I will try to organize this best I can, but if someone else wants to take over or help that would be great. I'm looking foward to it.

Noticed the posts were deleted too. Can't really imagine why though. I just figured it was going to be another one of those trashing performance boat threads. I'm really getting sick of a lot of those people's additudes. Especially when most of the crappy driving comes from the bow riding crowd. Guess there just jealous that a 4 footer doesn't bother us too much! Its getting to the point that I don't think I'll even bother to check that forum out anymore. Thank god for the OSO!

Anyway, I think I know you / your boat. Met at Naswa a while back before you got the Sonic. Had a Checkmate then didn't you?

If all goes well, I'll be out this weekend, and will try to hook up. I'll also see if we can get BajaBob and few of the other guys to join in the OSO get together.

See ya .....

That sounds great however, I may need to back the time up till 10:00AM. The earlier the better for me but my crew, three girls, don't agree. For some strange reason they think sleep is better than boating. I think they need to see a doctor. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to meeting some of you. I have never boated on that lake and hear it can be dangerous without a chart so an escort will be great. Thanks for putting this together.

See you soon.

Hi everyone,

Would love to make it over on Winni as I'm picking up our boat this Saturday morning from Independent Marine after having the lower unit re-sealed.

We have a place on Newfound Lake [Bristol] and have some interior work that needs to be done before a certain deadline. If I can, I'll try to be on the big lake.to say hello to you. Thought Ellacoya State park [near Ames Farm] would be a good place to hang and grill for a while. You can pull up to the left side of the beach, this is in front of the camping area and let "Ranger Rick" know you're there for $3.00 a head to be on the safe side. There is a large swim area and floats are allowed too.

As to the new ones on the lake, and no escort, watch out for the "Witches", this is just off Governors Island area, and stay with some of the bigger boats. If you see a lower unit drop, throw out your anchor real quick!!!!!

Hope to see someone around. Also, there is an Easter Seal Poker run on July 13, the donation is $40.00. Would like to get somebody together for this one if anyone is interested. Please advise. If any info is needed to the local area, I'm within 8 miles of Meredith bay area and can send/obtain anything you request-within reason!!

Thanks Winni. We are up for about anything. Can't wait. Hope the water warms up. My kids are use to warm water, around mid 80's. They turn a funny shade of blue/gray in the "cooler" stuff.
