i bet some of those small cat's where flying some of the time :) mike About 40 minutes from Homestead to Key largo, and another half hour to Islamorada. The small cats fly, but we all seem to get there at the same time, any rough water, and they get passed by my 60MPH boat. Saturday was dead flat. Roundtrip a little over 100 miles, burned 60 gallons of fuel. Great run, get yourself that checkmate, and lets run it:drink: Rick |
Cool pics! Did you guys beach up at the sand bar out front of Islamorada?

Since I am posting video's might as well give ya this one, leaving Gilberts heading back thru Jewfish creek up to Card Sound Bridge. Forgive the quality, it is a crappy point and shoot with saltspray on the lens:lolhit:

I like that blue 21 Superboat in the pictures that's for sale over on S&F. I need someone to buy it in order to remove the temptation.
Did you notice how it ran? |
Great shots Rick, thanks.

Thanks for posting! That's my favorite place to run, can't wait till November.

that's great didn't take long at all . also 60 gallon's not bad so i would think a single 300xs motor would burn a little less then that . the tank on the checkmate only hold's 63 gallons max :)
Nice ride, the check should have no problem. |

Here is video that Xray50 shot of me running thru south biscayne bay south of homestead. I still gotta free the hull up some, and may do some mods to the motor soon.
