If I was shopping right now, I'd talk to Eddie Young. From what I have read, he will build you a motor then make sure it runs "right" in your boat.

Wanna hear warranty, recommended valvetrain service intervals, etc.....basically who builds the lowest maintenance 850 out there.

I think tommy at chief is the best but I dont know half as much as other people on here so I wanna see what they say..........

Hydraulics, Whipple 4 or 8L...572-588-600cu...low boost, inter-cooled, injected, never touch it...
