Default Motor not cooked, hurray

The mighty Bertram 38 is back on line, I had seaweed plug my strainer bad on the 4th of july. I drove her home on a single with serious wows in mind.
turned out to be a burnt exhaust gasket and cooked the spark plug end. Dead miss with a weird sound, well that was the exhaust leak. I fixed the issues and went out for a run with great results. Back in the run again. Who Hoo

For three years I never had to clean out my Sea Strainers, but just 10 min' in a swimming hole area and that is all she wrote. Damn Hydrilla seaweed is like moldy grass. Does a great job on strainers. I removed a quart of boogers and grass out of it. WOW.
All is well now, just need to pay more attention to swim holes and party coves where it is floating about 2 feet down.
