ancher's and alternators

So its time to buy a new anchor for my new boat its a 2003 lavey 21ft any advice on whats good? Most of my boating is small local lakes and the Colorado river this boat will never see the ocean as that's what the tiara 35 opens for :)!!! Also im looking for a new alternator for the boat. I have a mercury 496mag and right now i have the factory 60 amp alternator on there which is not enough for my 2 blue tops and my 2 kinetic 2000's for the system, i found a local shop that will rewind to 190amps for $200. My buddies in the past have gone to this shop so i know they do good work but im wondering if there is anything else out there with more amps that will still fit the factory location?

appreciate the help guys

My father has a Fortress aluminum anchor for his boat (27 Wellcraft) and the thing grabs great and holds perfect and only weighs like 2 lbs or something.
