THE PLAN IS TO HAVE MINE BACK TOGEATHER. WE WILL TRAILER UP TO SOMEWHERE AND THEN RUN THE RIVER DOWN.. WE SHOULD HOOK UP BEFORE THEN AND RACE DOWN THE RIVER

It's along ride from the mouth of the Detroit river (Erie) to Gull Island, at a decent cruise it is probably close to an hour.
You should trailer to either Selfridge (where I launch ) or Metro Beach or the Clinton River launch. Then it is 10-15 minutes across to the island.

Hey i'll be there. Gonna be hitchin a ride with my neighbor in his cruiser but none the less i'll be there. I'll have to look for you guys and get toegether for a few beers. Ill be the guy with the yellow OSO beer holder thingy.

Wife decided what boat to buy....... the 2002 38 PQ with 500 EFI's. The formula is nice buy the $$$ amount differenece too much of a factor. We will buy one eventually (used).
Options:
TV/VCR
AC/HEAT
Vacuflush Head
Hot/Cold shower in head
Sony CD with 10 disk changer 800 watt amp 6 speakers and subwoofer, 2 remote controls
Cockpit cover, bimini top with full enclosure, mooring cover,
Transom shower (cold)
Diamond engine compartment
XZ drives with showers
Lab finished props
Stainless Steel shifters
Gaffrig guages
GPS
Table with filler cushion in cabin
Docking Lights
Pop up cleats
Quick and quiet exhaust
Loan all approved and ready to go, just going down to look at Saturday and hopefully drive back home Monday or Tuesday. Assuming wife does not have a problem with space and comfort, it is a done deal. If she doesn't like, then we get something else like the SS.
