Boaters Rally tonight!!
SAVE OUR BOATING AND PROPERTY RIGHTS!
The new boating restrictions throughout all waterways in Brevard County will cripple your ability to enjoy boating and fishing and diminish your property rights. Ultimately, it is the intent of the manatee extremists to shut down all boating in Florida’s coastal counties and the St. Johns River.
Citizens for Florida’s Waterways is a non-profit boating organizations fighting for your right to enjoy boating and fishing, while defending your waterway property rights. We need your help in order to continue this fight as we take our Case to the Appellate Court.
Come to the Rally!
Hosted By: Representative Bob Allen
When: Thursday, June 6, 2002 6-8 pm
Where: Kiwanis Island Park
(0ff 520 Causeway, Merritt Island)
Speakers: Senator Howard Futch; Representative Mike Haridopolos; Captain Tom McGill and Daniel Dvorak, “Appeal of Brevard’s Manatee Plan”; Dr. Ron Pritchard, President of Citizens for Florida’s Waterways, “What You Can Do To Help”.
We need your support.
We’re serious about this fight. We have hired a law firm and we need to raise $30,000 for our Appeal. We’re asking each boat owner for $150. Seems like a lot, but its small change compared to the cost of your boat just sitting on the trailer because there’s no place to use it.
Bring your checkbook to the rally,
or mail your donation to:
CFW Waterway Defense Fund
P.O. Box 541712
Merritt Island, FL 32954
For more information: call Ron Pritchard @ (321)-453-1993, Daniel Dvorak @ 454-9012,
Tom McGill @ (321)-453-1218 or Russell Gentile @ 459-0856
