ATTN 24/7 owners, looking for cuddy pics

Looking to make some changes in my cuddy over the winter and would like to see some pics of V-berth cuddies from 24/7 owners. Sunsations, Superboat, Panteras, Pythons, etc, etc.

If you can't post pics here feel free to email me at [email protected]

Thanks!

Curious to see pics as well, my next boat will be a Pantera 24 SE.

Got no pics here at work, but mine is pretty basic, just some carpet, a few batteries, and some Subwoofers:drink:

Since others are showing interest this is what I have so far.

I'd like to see some detailed pics of the entrances and the seat portions. And if someone wanted to take some height measurements that would be great!

Crossett 08-19-2011 04:33 PM

All of those look nicer than my cuddy :(

The issue for us mainly is the entrance. I'm considering doing a step down such as the SE and the Sunsation shown has. Just wish my tank was 6 inches further back. It would make getting in SOOOO much easier.

X2. I really like the step down in the Sunny, especially the way it starts in the cockpit, as well as the V-berth. But I don't know if you could even sit in those seats with the limited height.

My cuddy is finished nicely and in great shape but it's a pain getting in and crawling around. I know these 24/7s are small boats and space is limited, but I would like to maximize what I have.

My cuddy:

With cushions in place:

That's basically what mine looks like only there are 5 cushions and a little compartment underneath each one.

What does the entrance to you guy's cuddy look like that make it challenging to get in there, something like this?

Mines not quite that bad as the door is flush. This is the only pic I have showing it.

Here's a few pics of my previous boat. The Super has a step down into the cabin, which make the cabin way more usuable. Storage under the V, and up front.

Thanks! Could you actually sit in the seats? A Super may be a little taller than a Pantera?

My Python is laid out similiar to the Superboat in that you step down. The only issue is that the opening isn't very wide to get your shoulders through. On my side seats you can sit without hitting your head but then again I'm only 5' 10" and 190lbs so I'm not to tall. The only pic I have is to small to see anything. I'll try to get some more and send you.

Could you possibly measure the headroom at the seat? Thanks!

I'm just shy of 6' and I could sit up in the very front (closest to the bulkhead) of the cabin/cockpit.

The Corsa is flat, no step down.

cdail28590 08-23-2011 08:29 AM

Pantera I took some pics of my cabin door entry as well as the cabin. My door is 15" wide and from the top of the cabin to the bottom of the seat cushion is 31" for the side couches. Send me your email and I can send you pics.

Just measured mine and I'm 29" from the floor to the headliner. I am going to have to call Jo at Pantera and see if there's anything on top of the stringers there that could be cut out and lower the floor. Peaking in the storage are it doesn't look like it.

pullmytrigger 08-24-2011 08:18 PM

what do you want to do with it??? make it better for sleeping, more storage?

I would like to set it up more like a Pantera SE with a V-berth.
