PARADOX 08-21-2011 06:50 PM

Too bad they don't go very far, but they go faster in the 1/4 than most drag cars. I seen them flip, tumble, disintegrate, and turn a complete 360 and land flat, and keep on going. All I can say they are fraking nuts... lol ... and i love it.

I tryed to take a picture last year at Firebird lake in AZ of the final run, when the lite turned I snapped the pic & all I got was the backside of the roostertail! BTW it is a useless gesture to set a car alarm at one of these events

Anyone know what kind of props these boats run? Always wondered about that.

Very cool for sure, i've been going to lake marble falls to watch the drag boats since I was a little kid.

Some use a 2 bladed prop that looks something like a chopper prop( round ear) or clever style while some use a 3-4 blade style that looks like a clever.. Also alot of the newer drag boats use a dual shaft/prop set up, to help the boats stay going strait...
