You can scrape it and rub it with cleansers and magic erasers all you want, it won't help. The stain is not on the surface, it's soaked in.

Mix up a solution or dish detergent (like cascade for the dish washer, not the liquid sink stuff) and water in a bucket and soak it in there for a couple days. The soap will penetrate and it should lift the stain.

BTW, Warshawski / JC Whitney was quite the experience--to walk through their retail store in Chicago back in the day. Is it still there??

Go to a dry cleaner and ask to buy a small cup of " Jinx Ink" its the only chemical that will break down the color pigments in the ink and remove it... all the other concoctions are just waste of time. I used to own a dry cleaners and thats all that ever took out ink

Try some brake clean on a rag. Cleans white rub rails to look like new.

Try Baking Soda And Toothpaste Mixed in eqal part's, Worked on my stuff even Interior Pieces.

I would let it sit in roll off, or soak a rag and leave it on there
