I know. On the other side of the globe. Still, good luck you guys. Take care.
Wanna rescue my basement...... Again......
Tired of this chit.

Getting bad now. Eye is directly to the east. Bout the same as Isabel in 2003. But we were at the oceanfront fot that storm. We are now about 10 miles away in our new house on the Lynnhaven River. Still watching the water level rise. OMG!
Wife just made a hot dinner.
Wish us luck!

News is saying those who've lost power may be without it for up to 2 weeks.
Best wishes for everyone!

No power lots of rain. Almost 5" so far. Lots of debris. Have to keep checking on the Searay every hour. Sonic is out on its trailer. This is not going to be a fun night. Lots of noises making me jumpy plus waves pounding my bulkhead and it being pitch dark doesn't help at all.

No power for the last 24 hours (just came on).
Lost a couple trees on the property, couple more are leaning real hard and found a window shutter 2 doors down. Lots of clean up to do. This sucks.
