Wind Speed needed to blow a boat over/off the trailer

Anybody got any idea if my boat and my fathers 27 WellCraft Coastal would be in danger of simply blowing over/off the trailer in a big parking lot.

I'm in Yorktown, VA so expect full hurricane force winds...

i have seen semi trucks blown over like mathchbox cars in less than 100 mph winds....

any doubt - get it out of there for a couple of days... a couple of hours to travel store it and recover the boat after Irene passes beats dealing with insurance any time... especially over damage from a hurricane

strap it down...

Yeah - we will definitely be straping them down. I am less worried about mine than my father's because his is taller/less streamlined....

I like the idea though of putting them in my office parking lot because it is 24 hour video surveillance and 24 hour security.

if your getting hit by a hurricane, i wouldn't put much faith in an ac powered secrity camera or a $7.00an hour rent a cop either...

Tuck it right up next to a building, preferably downwind as the hurricane turns. That should block and dicipate the wind's full force, and wind that circles the building will go down the length of the boat.
