replacement Bennett trim tabs???? ideas
 

I currently have a boat with bennett trim tabs, same pump works engine hatch as well. i would like to make some winter upgrades if i keep the boat. First being a upgrade for my trim tabs, should i just change out the tabs themselves to bigger plates and keep the pump and stuff? Or should i look further into K-planes or dana marine stuff, eddie marine? Im not sure if this other route is worth the cost, thats my biggest concern, bang for the buck. I think just bigger plates would be a huge help, need something atleast 16", but more would be better. would love to find some used stuff, but seems to be hard to come by after looking around.

Also wanting to change engine hatch to electric, but not sure how to do this and still use same rocker switch? thanks in advance..

I would talk to Sunsation and see what they say. I am sure they have set your boat up both ways and can offer you real life feedback.
