Where's the Powerquest pictures????
Playn,
What's up, no pictures of the cripple??? Thought maybe you could take a picture at GH ramp of the one legged Avenger!!!
Toasted my port drive on the second leg. Pretty embarrassing, we had Pam the beertendress and her daughter in the boat with us(Marc asked if I could give 'em a ride) so I had witnesses to my debacle . I did manage to take a couple of feet of video of some of the boats, just have to figure out how to get it into .mov format. It was a great run, nice weather, and only 1-2 foot waves(a little choppier on the GH-Muskegon leg), just wish I coulda finished intact.

TOMCAT, It surprised me how far you and I had gotten ahead
of the fleet ( actually me not you), when you stopped, we gave
ya a quick look to be sure nobody was stepping off the boat.
By the time we got back on plane those big Cigarette's had
caught up, and I had my hands full. It's a shame you missed
the 50 mile return leg going North, it was offshore heaven ,
just enough of a chop to keep it interesting at speed and a
couple of guys determined to kick my butt. We had to run
between 95 - 105 mph the entire leg to stay ahead of those
same damn 46 Cigs. We had two ladies with us so I had no
choice but to be very consevative with the trim ( kite the bow
once and the girls would have been very unhappy) anyway,
one mile out on the GPS we're high5n cause we got the Cigs
covered , we're gonna be first in and the stbd tranny lets go!
Running her that flat that long took it's toll on the tranny's.
Anyway , great run with serious competition we'll be back!
