Hey Boot.....I have no clue as to the owner of the OE. Not from the Lake Erie/Maumee Bay area!

Thanks to everyone who took the great pictures and took the time to post them. You guys really have some great Cats in GH. Bring them down to the NJPPC Radar run in July and see how you guys "stack up". We would love to have you.

Thanks for all the pictures. Rare Breed is state of the art and tastefully decorated, a rare treat. I hope to see more of this boat. Is it slated for any magazine coverage?

I guess Imitation is the highest form of flattery! Even if it is done poorly. (Black Thunder Picture Above) This is the Signature Outlaw boat for the Baja Custom series we designed 2 years ago - Who ever painted this black thunder didn't miss a beat.

the elements are all there......

If you look at both - colors are different I agree - but everything else is the same - the line coming up from the nose to the rub rail under the cockpit - the ragged brush stroke under that ending shorter - then the 3 little flicks under that coming from the chine line at the nose are there - theirs just comes Right from the chine -where ours is lifted up a little. same again in the back - the lines are the same - heavy brush stroke arcing down from the rear engine hatch area - down to the Mid-ship chine line. and the line under that coming from the swim platform trasom area is the same - the only we can't see is whether they used the metal strap with the holes and rivets airbrushed into it.

Over all - color aside - this is a 90% copy.

Both neat paint jobs but far from an exact copy, I would say that it inspired the black thunder, but a 2 sided oval with different lines, quite a bit different at the stern and no deck color, more similar at the bow but again far from a copy.
