I've seen the 419 in brick... immaculate, EFI... just too high for this market...
Yours is carbed... not that they are bad engines! I just wished my next boat was EFI...

I don't know about "easily". I'm not 100% sure of the structure of 419's, but I think that you'd be looking at a lot of stringer work, not "just" filling and re-cutting the transom.
