35' Motion with triples

Anyone recognize this thing or know any history? pros? cons?

I posted this in the Motion thread, but didn't get a response. Somebody has had to have seen this thing or know something about it.

That boat is right down the street from me. Same guy had the 32 skater thats on ebay now too
