thats sounds like a pretty cool day of poking around. Wonder how many people (if any) live out there? I found a couple youtube videos of people exploring. So theres some homes and a restaurant then?

Nice little Marina with a restaurant. Little remnants of park. They tried upscale condos and houses. Not many were built. Bring comfy shoes...

The harbor is decent. The bar/restaurant is nice. The homes near the
harbor are very nice. We walked around a bit to look at the homes but
that was about it.

i just google earthed it, looks like a couple dozen houses but not much left of the park. Still could be a good way to kill a day. Heck its not to much a stretch from my marina. May hafta make a run up there just to say i did it
