Default Why not?

Why dont cats use a front tunnel tab? Wouldnt it give lift or down pressure? No ballest tank,no tabs and posably more speed? I must be missing something.

Mystic does i think. I believe its a static set piece though. Can be adjusted and locked, not adjusted on the fly so to speak.

Also Coplands Phenom had a wing thing up there but also had no deck directly behind it. I believe that one cound be adjusted on the fly.

I think properly set up cats would not need it though. Throttle guys got enough to do without yet another thingy to mess with

Didn't Dave Scott and the Nauti Marine crew experiment with something similar to this on one of their boats not too long ago?

I believe they had more of a canard (sp) so to speak, but the same basic principal.
