Talk to Maximus, he has a new 36 poker run edition, 1/4 canopy w/500efi's. He can tell you a ton about them, as well as 36spectre he's got monsters in his w/#6's I belive. I dont know much about them myself other than they look sweet and the owners really speak highly of them.

SLINGSHOT, i too am looking at that model and talked to Maximus at the sarasota poker run in April. He says it is a very nice rideing cat, he blew by me at about 90 in some pretty rough chop and it looked good. He told me his with the stock HP500 and XR's will do about 110.

Default hey guys!!

Glad to be of assistance.

I was fortunate to be able to watch my boat be built from the begining. I used to think "oh this can't be hard pop one out and throw some motors in it" Wrong! I was amazed at the time and effort that was put into making my boat perfect. The guys rigging actually acted like it was their boat and took tremendous pride in rigging the boat to race standards. Even had the Stereo specialist come in while it was being wired to "Race rig" the Sound system. The quality is unsurpassed. Look.. the value that you get is fantastic. Stock power gives you solid #'s with reliability. If your talking 650 hp =130mph . 800= fast enough to make your willy tingle.

Next look at usability. the 36 is the perfect size to zip around and not get beat up ,yet easy to manage around docks and such. My friend is running a 36 sportdeck w/650's that boat accelerates so friggin fast it literally pin's you to the seat.

Not a lot of amenities..means less time fixing stupid s%#t and more time "rockin the house".

Don't tell anyone I said this... but crusi'n around in this thing is like being a movie star. Fisherman waving thier hats ,people pointing, chicks screaming for a ride. And most importantly your friends being jealous.

Call me for details on my options and paint work.

Maximus, I believe i am towing to Savannah instead of Sarasota. Not 100% sure yet. I should prob figure that out soon.

But your rig rode real nice there, that damm tampa bay was some crap that day. I still cant believe that there was quite a few people that finished after me and i was in a (dont laugh)26 Sonic, which has been sold for a while now.

In any event maybe/hopefully we will catch up again. If not, keep on smokin up the pack with those 500EFI's. Still amazing you were at the front the entire time while everyone else up there had super chargers etc... Again, sweet rig!

I don't think anyone is going to laugh at a 26' Sonic...Its a great boat.

That 36' is beautiful. The Spectre and the Motion are pretty similar (at least with the 30') and I've been around the Motions alot. If the 36' is anything like the 35' Motion you will absolutely LOVE it!!
