Default how fast is a 91 model 24' baja

Found this boat online looks real clean but the woman doesn't know much about it. Seems like a divorce or widow type deal. Im wondering what speed this boat is good for with the 454 and the right prop. And what prop would that be? Thx

Just like I figured it was a recent divorce. The x husband saw it for sale on CL and went over and bought it back from her. Funny but sucks cause it was a killer deal. Oh well

So in divorce math did the ex-husband lose $500 by paying her an extra $1,000, or is he ahead money by having less money to give her half of??
