If you cut the wall to your wife's laundry room so your Dually will fit in the Garage................... You might be a redneck.[/QUOTE]

How does a redneck heat the garage? With the dryer vent of course!!! LOL

Lots of interesting conversions to houses and garages going on in other posts. Pretty interesting idea's.

I think that is awesome. Judging by the garage and laundry it's probably a bachelor pad anyway.

So, let's assume there is a house fire. Maybe not even related to this area. Does the insurance company see that wall and fight the payout?

nope they will not fight it - "STUPIDITY IS COVERED" - thats my favorite saying in the insurance industry, you can build a camp fire in your living room and just admit to doing something stupid and its OK

just showed my wife, she was cracking up, love it

This is so true. but the subrogation on the back end might not be very good for the guy that lit the match.

I havn't been able to find someone drunk or stupid enough to light the match.

Hmm, if I did that, I would be burried under the garage, and the chainsaw would be missing with me.
Regarding the firewall. Turn the truck around, and make the hole fit snugly around the trucks front end. Voila... firewall.
I have an assortment of smells in my garage, ranging from different fuels to various chemicals. Not sure I want that in the house.
I admitted it long ago,.... I'm a HighTech Redneck.
