I don't get it.................... Got a subscription for Christmas last year. First there were billing problems because of the international charges; okay, fine. Didn't get my first issue until April. I got another issue in May. Haven't gotten anything since..........

I sent Bill an email months ago. I admit that it didn't have a "friendly tone" because I complained about the pizz-poor service they constantly offer as well as the antiquated website, and of course, no reply. I suppose that you could only expect a reply if you're praising him and telling him how fu*king wonderful he is; but complain about the shi**y service, and he doesn't have the balls (or the ability) to offer a solution.

Delores is a nice enough woman, but she seems to have double-jointed spine as it appears that her head is buried deeply and firmly up her azz.

We paid for 6 issues a year which as we all are smart enough to calulate- is one every two months.

Is it really this difficult?

YESSSSS they are. I quit doing their venues. Bill is infact an A$$hole and a crook.
