Default need some feed back on trailer mover

Hi all , i have been looking at ways to get the my boat in to my garage so i can do some work on it this winter .the turn into my drive is very tight , so no room to have the truck hitched up to the boat , i came across a electric trailer mover called PARKITT 360 ,it hooks up to the trailer at the hitch and has 2 heavey duty wheels ,the model i am looking at is the (360L) and is rated at 9800 lbs , My boat is about 8000lbs and 28feet the 360L sells for about $1355 , Any one used one or know of them ,good or bad , need to know befor i shell out for something that dont work too good as i live in the uk and it will be hard for me to send it back . Thanks for any imformation . regards paul

was looking into this a few months ago and came across this on ebay......I have no idea if it works or not but looks interesting......and if you are handy and build it yourself maby there is a way to beef it up even more........

put a ball hitch in the front of your truck .that will act like a fork lift.

I use my bobcat with a ball on a fork and it works very well. I have moved as big as a 47' fountain with it on a steel trailer no problems.

Rental shops have the little diggers called Mules. The shop near m even has a ball attachment on theirs as they move trailers with it. It's like a tiny skid steer that you walk behind.
