Those stains were from a brand new black bikini on a brand new white CF interior.

Bad move. Please wash your swimsuit first folks! . But the perp paid for it.

Dan,

How is the alcantrara when it gets wet or when a suntan lotion body is leaning/sitting on it for a few hours? How do you clean it? I have had it in cars and it never seemed like it would be ideal for a boat interior.

I just did a complete Carbon Fiber Interior on my Velocity. While it looks really nice, it is difficult to keep clean as it has a deep texture. Also it shows scuffs big time. Because it has such a 3D pattern and scuff will show..... Now that I doen it, I would suggest using Carbon Fiber as an accent. I love the look of my interior, just a pain to keep clean. For the record, no suntan oils or lotions are sprayed on my boat, no shoes, no eating, etc and it soild fast....
