Any new info on Fountain/Donzi/Proline ?

A receiver was appointed on 10/20/11. Is the Fountain plant open again? Are any boats in production? Does anyone know of a new boat (Fountain, Donzi, Proline or Baja) that was delivered in October? Were any factory representatives from these companies at the Ft Lauderdale boat show? What are they saying is the game plan?

they are focusing on getting it up and running and hope to be in the Miami show. or so the story goes right now.
