Ok so i posted this in the sonic forum and got alot of good feed back, but i want more and this forum always has alot of people on it so help me out . I have narrowed my pait idea down to two paint designs for my boat im painting this winter, what do you think ..If you have a idea let me hear it , i mite want to use them thanks.

On first instinct, I like the top one better. After looking at them, I think I would also like the bottom one but maybe with different colors. Done in blue and silver or red and silver?

The bottom one looks like my buddies 35 Outlaw that Mark at Visual painted. I like it on his boat.

I like the bottom one better. The lengthwise nature of the graphics make the boat appear longer and more sleek. The top one kind of makes the boat look bloated.

I vote for better PS work! :D

Bottom one.

The bottom design makes the boat look longer so that's good but to me it's too dark between the orange.

How would the deck look on the two designs? One thing is that the boat looks great from the side, but it'll have to look great from above as well, when at the docks. From the side, the bottom one looks good but a little more white or light color in it. It is a bit "heavy". The top one reminds me of an old scarab, no thankx.

Don't forget that at the end of the day, you're the one who must look at it everyday. Get the one you like the most, that's important:drink:

yep thats my paint job on my boat. Im sure you can find pics of the deck but I would think you would want a paint job you could call your own. thats part of the fun of doing a custom paint job. :drink:

The second one doesn't look very custom. I would check with the designer to make sure he knows there is already one floating around out there. I hope he is not poaching all his paint designs? If so you may want to shop around.

thank you TW720HVY for the heads up on the paint. I have picked what i am doing but i just mite have changed my mind on the color , im going to do my 1st one but in black with carbin fiber , gun metal and with some machined metal looking graphics but im not sure how the black will be in the hot sun and if i will regret it even if it looks bad ass. anybody have or ever had an all black boat???

My vote is the top one.

Love the black but I would pic the top one.

I like the bottom one, top one looks to much like a "tribal" design, which I can't stand.

i guess thats what you get when you google for custom paint template designs to get ideas stuff people have already put on someing o well im sick of looking and sifting through the 100s of pant sceams looking for something no one has at this rate ill never get the boat painted O well it is what it is:lolhit:

Bottom for me is best!, Top pic has too much yellow up front..

thats what i was thinking a candy orange but im thinking pbc31 sunset orange

31 is nice but it is a little light for me for a base color I have both 32 base and 31 in the rip out
