Congrats! I moved down here from Toledo 12 yrs ago with no car and no job, just a motorcycle and a boat, and never looked back! First year is the best, calling your friends back up north every time it snows and letting them know you're boating! Look for me on the water when youre here!

That's great. I live in Olmsted Falls and come down here to Hollywood 3 times a year. We were out fishing today, it was great!

You're going to love the boating down here.

Welcome to the Sunshine State Dave. You have picked a great time to move and can pick up some great bargains down here in this economy...especially waterfront in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

The worst winter of my life was in Broadview Hts.~ Brecksville in '75...came down here in '76 and never went back!

You'll never scrape another windshield or shovel another driveway....Christmas at the beach is kind of cool...the pic is from Boynton Beach last Christmas Eve!!
