Hello Gentlemen:

I am here at PRI as I post this reply. I know Horace Mast pretty well and I will make it a point to stop by and get the real inside "skinny" how and when they will produce their LS marine offering and possibly a cost basis for the engine as well.
Please keep in mind that initialy those pictures of the fitted engine were a bit of Photoshop morfing to show what they are working on and I am pretty sure the finished animal does not yet exist, let alone have seen the dyno in complete fitment or seen the inside of a performance offshore hull. My current knowledge only, not a critque. I pretty sure they plan to build the finished animal when they have orders. Keep in mind like our LSM550, this ain't gonna be no $10-15K crate motor!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

Thanks 'Cat',
always good when I get a photo I took, published.

Thank you Jay.

I have had a few non boat pictures published in various
on-line guides for Busch Gardens and WDW, but it feels
really good to get a boat picture published.

Thanks.

I am just the photograher for this one. Contacting the vendor
directly, is the best way to get accurate information.

Ray,
Has your LSM550 ever seen the inside of any hull, performance or otherwise? I am curious to how one (or two?) runs while bolted to some stringers...?
