Saw one of these in person a couple of weeks ago at a poker run here in the VI. Pretty cool boat. Had a pair of 350 Yanmar's in it and ran around 70. Fairly cheap too, around 200 fully setup.

Sunseeker marches to the beat of a different drummer, and that's a good thing; the same tune all the time is boring. Whether it's better than the status quo remains to be seen, but hats off to them for trying something different.

Just a comment about transferring race tech to pleasure boats, whether its hull design or drive type...the extra weight of all the goodies in the bow probably negates a lot of speed advantage. But we should all have two speed transmissions...acceleration is a always a good buzz.
