You all think you got it bad with rules and regs in your area. Read some of these rules and on the spot fines that follow.

I guess I'm the odd man out here, but this doesn't seem to be that big of a deal. Play by the rules & there isn't anything to worry about. A DUI here is $10k+ so I don't drink & drive.
