Is that 70-75 a gps recorded speed! Mine is built with 1" stainless rods and if I were to run anything over 50mph ......

A. It would rip the screws out of the top deck
B. It would lift the boat like a cat
C. I would need new shorts due to the fact the F311 just blew over.

I had a certifiable 75mph bimini on my 252 Formula. That was on GPS!! It would balloon a little but was still solid.
The frame is stainless & stainless mounts. Stock original equipment from Formula. I will ask on the Formula board who makes tem but they are very good. I was still using the original top that was made in 93 and was still good when sold this spring. Quality pays!! Yeh, you gotta pay a little more, but you don't have to stop & take the top down to hammer it!!
