Default 1075 Valve Springs

What brand of valve springs is everyone using on the 1075's when it's time to replace the stock ones.(seat and open pressure?) What roller lifter are you putting back in them.

Isky Red Zone Lifters with EZ Roll upgrade option (no needle bearings) PSI Springs same specs as the 1075 calls for. Experimenting with this part of the engine will cause you a lot of heartache. Ask anyone who has run their push rod motor a little to long why Mercury has gone to dual overhead cams.

The EZ Roll lifters (needless bearings) are great http://www.iskycams.com/pdf/2010Catalog-pg28.pdf

Are the 1075's an .842 or .904 lifter?

I run .904s not sure what 1075s uses. My engines had .842 to start with, but they are not Mercury's.

Had a two sets of Big Chiefs, I understand about experimenting and having heartburn. It's time they have 95 hours on them.
