Yes, 40 miles south of Nassau. Spent the night in Highborne Cay Marina and idled back to Nassau to change in the lift. We had steering issues as well that required our return. We lost a day and carried on with no further problem.

I was just reading this thread and can't believe that wasn't pointed out earlier!!!

I'll agree with the others and say you're a fool if you attempt such a trip in a 30' Baja with no boating experience!
